Christy Wheaton
Head Stylist
Christy is the Head Stylist at Creative Designs and has been serving the Elmira community for nearly 30 years. Board-certified and state-licensed, she specializes in cut and color services with a focus on consistency and quality.
Known for her welcoming personality and easy conversation, Christy creates an experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident every time they leave her chair.
Linda Noble
Founder
Linda, a native of Millerton, Pennsylvania, is the original founder of Creative Designs in Elmira. With 60 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, she has built a career centered on consistency, care, and dedication to her clients.
She specializes in permanent waves and haircutting, and is known for always being there for both her clients and co-workers. Linda’s passion for helping others continues to be a lasting part of Creative Designs.
Hillarie Green
Hair Stylist
Hillarie has over 7 years of experience working behind the chair in Elmira. She enjoys creating customized haircuts and color tailored to each client.
Her goal is simple—to help every client leave the salon feeling confident and radiant.
Madelynn “Maddy” Wheaton
Hair Stylist
Maddy is an Elmira native who began working alongside Christy as an apprentice in high school and has continued growing into her role as a full-time stylist.
She enjoys working with color, including blonding services, as well as styling and waxing. Maddy also has a strong eye for special event styling, helping clients feel prepared and confident for any occasion.
Byron Jones
Master Barber
Byron has been barbering since 1992, starting in his mother’s hallway in Northern Virginia. Today, he is a Master Barber, mentor, and owner of Endless Love Barber Studio LLC, located inside Creative Designs Hair Salon.
His experience spans from Florida to New York, where he’s built his craft on precision and consistency. Byron specializes in all grooming services, including haircut corrections, and takes pride in helping clients look and feel their best.
Haley Brown
Hair Stylist
Haley joined Creative Designs right out of school and has been growing into her role as a stylist ever since. Known for her warm personality and welcoming smile, she creates a comfortable experience for every client.
She enjoys working on updos, lived-in color, cuts, and nails, with a focus on helping each person feel confident and at their best.

Hair Stylist
Joy is a stylist at Creative Designs who brings warmth and attention to detail to every appointment.
Kya Yusko
Licensed Esthetician
Kya is a licensed esthetician who focuses on customized facials, lashes, and brows. She enjoys helping clients enhance their natural beauty while working toward healthy, glowing skin.
She uses products made with natural botanicals, fruit enzymes, and active ingredients that support real results.
Her goal is to create a relaxing, comfortable experience tailored to each client—so you leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of.
